Laughter is the Best Medicine supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It is a yearly sit-down dinner, open bar, live and silent auction, raffles, split-the-pot and a comedy show that is presented by Window World of Cincinnati.

The primary requirement for receiving a Guildmaster Award is exemplary customer service, as demonstrated by an extremely high customer recommendation rate. In the residential construction industry, the average customer recommendation rate is approximately 70%. In order to receive a Guildmaster Award, a member must achieve a 'Likely to Recommend' rate of 90% or greater.

GHI also reviews Quality Assurance policies to ensure all products being manufactured are of the same quality as those evaluated in the Good Housekeeping labs. Good Housekeeping stands behind every product that has currently earned the Seal by offering consumers a two-year limited warranty on products and will repair, replace, or refund the cost of the product (up to $2,000) at their discretion; if it proves defective within two years of the purchase date. If any product that bears our limited warranty Seal proves to be defective within two years from the date it was first sold to a consumer by an authorized retailer, we, Good Housekeeping, will refund the purchase price or $2,000, whichever is less or, at Good Housekeeping's sole discretion, repair or replace the product.

These consistent ratings provide accurate information on the energy performance of windows, doors and skylights. The presence of these ratings allows products across the industry to be compared on an unbiased basis.

ASTM International, formerly the American Society for Testing and Materials, is the globally recognized leader in the development and delivery of voluntary consensus standards. Its mission is to improve product quality, enhance safety, facilitate market access and trade, and build consumer confidence. Our windows have been tested and are confirmed to meet the air, water and structural integrity standards as defined by ASTM.
